“Captain America: Civil War” pits the heroes of the MCU against someone they never have before -- each other. After an accidental tragedy was caused by Scarlet Witch, the governments of the world want all powered-people to sign an agreement that would keep them in check. These Sokovia Accords are not well received by everyone though. Because of his strict moral code, Captain America refuses to sign. And when his good friend Bucky is framed for a terrorist attack that killed the king of Wakanda, Steve is forced to keep his friend safe from the likes of Iron Man, Spider-Man, Black Panther and more. But someone else is manipulating them all and he may just succeed.
