Your “Past Sins” have a way of coming back make you pay. After an interview on TV about overcoming challenges they’ve faced, Oliver and Laurel have to confront them before someone gets hurt. Green Arrow helps the SCPD to stop a kidnapper. But Oliver discovers that the man he’s after is the son of Robert Queen’s bodyguard that was murdered on the raft. And Laurel begins to get mysterious notes threatening her. She believes they are from the man that killed her father in a drunk driving accident and it releases some pent up anger she’s had for a long time. Over at ARGUS, Diggle makes Curtis work on the bombs that have been implanted in the members of Ghost Initiative. Curtis wants nothing to do with it, but is ordered to carry out the procedure. Things appear to go downhill fast. At SCPD the vengeful son attacks the police to get to Oliver. He’ll have to make the ultimate sacrifice if he wants to live to continue righting his father’s wrongs.
