When Barry realizes that Iris is missing in the Still Force, he rushes in with Deon, despite Joe’s warnings. They discover the Still Force is in trouble, but that’s when Deon traps Flash inside. Luckily, Nora gets a call for help in the future and is sucked right in with Barry. They try to find a way out, and hopefully find Iris in the process. Meanwhile, Chester discovers that some of the tech he was sharing online has been misused, and Caitlin tries to convince Marc to help her resurrect Frost.
