Now that Oliver is “Unmasked” and out of Slabside Prison, he would like to get back to something resembling his former life. Oliver even gives a speech at a charity function that addresses prison reform. But when people begin to get murdered, it looks like the new Green Arrow is to blame, which turns all eyes on Oliver Queen. Because of added pressure from the mayor, Dinah wants to get this investigation wrapped up quickly. So she hires Oliver as a consultant. Soon she’s convinced him to don the green leather once more to be deputized into the police force. That may not be as big a problem as Oliver is having with his wife. Her new found courage and aggressive tendencies aren’t sitting well with her husband. But where do they go from here? Flash forwarding to the future, William and his team track down the mysterious Blackstar and suspect she was working with Felicity to blow up the city.
