Whose “Confessions” can be trusted? Oliver Queen is brought in to Star City Police Department for questioning after two guards are killed during a mission to stop the Ninth Circle. Captain Dinah Drake herself is in charge of the investigations as all of Team Arrow is questioned. Even Roy Harper is subject to suspicion after Oliver asked him to help them take down Emiko’s group. Each of our heroes weave a complex story of violence and confusion. But they all lead to Emiko killing these innocent men. But truths are slowly revealed about a team member that greatly upsets everyone. And when Emiko threatens to reveal it all to the public, they are backed into a corner that may jeopardize everything they’ve worked for.
