Who deserves second chances from “The Flash and the Furious”? As Barry prepares to testify against Weather Witch, some new meta tech controlled by Silver Ghost causes Flash to phase uncontrollably. Nora is thrust into responsibility when called to take Barry’s place. Her testimony is enough to convict Joss Jackam, but the bitterness that XS feels towards the villains may be a little too harsh, because young Joss just wants to take responsibility and start over. Unfortunately Silver Ghost frees the stormy villain with the intent of using her power to break into ARGUS. Now she really looks guilty and Nora returns her to custody without even considering the full story. Meanwhile, Cisco’s hands are dagger-shard free, but he wants to use those shards to find a cure for being a meta. Killer Frost has other ideas.
