Has Nora truly “Gone Rogue”? With friends like Weather Witch, Rag Doll, and the Bug-Eyed Bandit it looks like she may have chosen the negative path. She has recruited her new friends to help her sneak into a site that has some very dangerous meta-tech. And because she’s using her newly acquired access to the negative speed force (courtesy of Eobard Thawne) the team can’t track her down. Not to mention Barry is feeling a bit of failure as a father. Hopefully by working together they can give her the space she needs and stop her at the same time. They’re going to need everyone if they will finally be able to track down Cicada.
