Allegra feels quicker than a “Rayo de Luz”, but is still going to have a hard time stopping Ultraviolet. Her nemesis is back in Central City, but Barry and Iris are on a little vacation and can’t help to stop the former Black Hole assassin. Allegra wants to convince her cousin to give up this life of crime, just like her mentor the Flash would do. Chester is willing to help, but he’s not much of a fighter. That’s when our old friend Sue Dearbon shows up. She knows all about Ultraviolet and is convinced there’s no getting through to her.
